We were across the parking lot at Walmart and realized it was lunch time. We looked around and saw Pedro's. We love Mexican food, so we figured we would try it out. My husband went in to order our food and came back eye wide and said, "Babe, if we are ever down here again, we are coming here to try their buffet, it looked amazing." So, after talking about the buffet, we started opening our paper bag full of our food. My husband got steak street tacos, but if course he put all the "american" toppings on his. I got the Al Pestor street tacos and used the onions, cilantro and lime with their verde sauce. The tacos were amazing and so flavorful. If that is how delicious their "take-out" is, I can only imagine how stellar their buffet would be. I am excited to make a trip back down this way just so we are able to stop in and enjoy the buffet. Hopefully we will be able to find something for our picky toddler, but either way, we are going to make it worth the stop. Truckers life is not easy and it is hard to find places that can accommodate truck and trailer combos, but since they are across the parking lot from Walmart, it's makes parking and walking across the way so easy. I would recommend this place hands down to anyone who enjoys Mexican food as much as we do 💯 Thank you for making such amazing, delicious food. Can't wait to come back again.

Birria tacos are amazing! Great flavor with a generous amount of meat. Salsa that came with the chips had good flavor. Desiring a little more heat, they provided a habernero sauce that I added for my perfect combination of flavor and heat.

Pedro's is a wonderful place to eat if you love Mexican food! The Birrio tacos and the Charros and like no other and Maria my server was outstanding and Jaun came and asked how was everything!
